There are whole festivals dedicated to this one dish and entire cookbooks filled with recipes to enjoy this dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. To open The sf|noir Wine & Food Event, we feature the Bay Area’s top chefs’ and soul food restaurants’ contributions to this wonderful dish for guests to sample, savor and enjoy.
