Long time San Francisco Bay Area wine connoisseur, Omar White, breaks down the fundamentals of wine tasting. He’ll lead the audience through an informative, guided journey through the wonderful world of wines and how to completely enjoy the process of wine tasting. Omar is a wine consultant and has been the wine director at Chez Panisse where he was for 15 years, as well as providing his services at popular Bay Area restaurants like Pizzaiolo and Hibiscus, among others.
